Objectives:

The implementation and certification of the integrated
system of medium and quality management, work health
and security ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 (OHSAS);

realisation of a turnover of over 20 millions RON.
ROMTEC manufactures 4 major product lines:
Car care fluids: screen wash
and deicer fluids, de-mineralized water, diluted
and concentrated anti-freeze, liquid for cleaning the windshields and other
washable surfaces, cleaning foam for textile surfaces, synthetical leather
and plastics, liquid for water-proofing the car textile surfaces,
etc.
Sprays:
fire extinguisher, engine starting spray, self-defense spray, active
cleaning foam, defrosting and cleaning solution, spray for the hygiene of
car's air conditioning installation and habitat, etc.
Technical silicone products: lubricants
for railway use (switches and rail trucks), electro-isolating pastes, vaseline
and greases, memory
gels.
Water based paints: primers,
paints for
interior and exterior surfaces, paints for tile an glass brick, structured
paint for interior and exterior surfaces, paints for expanded polystyrene (exterior
surfaces), putty for exterior walls smooth finishing, varnish and mordant
for wood.

Achievements 2007:

Inaugurating
a new production hall (400 m2) and of a new deposit
house for final products (780 m2) for 800 pallets;
-
Modernising
and reconditioning of the old production and deposit arias;
-
Bringing
into service of a large new line of aerosols (spray) bottling,
in accordance with all the Aerosols European Federation (AEF)regulations;
-
The
integrated system of medium and quality management certification
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001;
-
Installation
of a compressors station of 3000 litres/min.

Finalising
all the investment works within ROMTEC territory;

Implementing
an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP);

Acquisition
of a new bottling machine in stand-up bags;

Acquisition
of an on line weighting system of final products and eliminating
the underweight ones;

Acquisition
of an automatic packing and palleting robot for final products;

Acquisition
of palleting robot for heavy boxes (20kg);

Acquisition
of a propeller gas loss detection module for the aerosols
bottling installation;

Acquisition
of a module for the actuators assemblage for the aerosols
bottling installation;

Acquisition
of a module for placing spray caps for the aerosols bottling
installation;

Acquisition
of a labelling machine;

Installation
of a semi-automatic machine of bottling liquids in 750ml
pet bottles with trigger;

Acquisition
of a UPS for integral alternative alimentation with electric
power of the company.
